Dr. Phebe Simmons earned her BA in English from Texas A&M University, M.Ed. in Reading from Prairie View A&M; and Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from University of Phoenix. She is an energetic, highly motivated, organized, emotionally intelligent and dedicated professional. Dr. Phebe is compassionate and has a heart for serving families, couples, and individuals who seek truth, purpose, and peace in their lives.

Dr. Anna Piccolo

Chief Community Impact Officer

Dr. Anna is an experienced foster care systems developer, manager, and researcher. She is a Texas-born resident who was raised in College Station, Texas (Aggieland). Driven by equitable and caring practices, she has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Services from the University of Phoenix, a Master of Science degree in Adult Education from Texas A&M University (WHOOP!), and a Doctorate in Education in Learning and Organizational Change from Baylor University. Anna’s passion for promoting and driving quality care and education for fostering youth can be traced back to her early years in social work.
